You can safely place your order through our secure site. If you prefer
you may also place your order via telephone at 215-813-1315 between 10
AM to 5 PM, or mail to the above address. The order form is easily printed
out. If an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, You will
be notified as to expected ship date. Prices are subject to change without
notice due to fluctuations in the foreign exchange rates.

There is no sales tax on clogs or clothing in Pennsylvania. On other items
shipped to PA addresses we must charge 6% sales tax.

Orders marked "This Is a Gift" will be gift boxed, but not gift wrapped. Customers have indicated that
they want to see the item. If you want gift wrapping - please make a note in "Customer Comments".
Gifts shipped to a different address will be gift wrapped and your personal gift message attached.
On the order form there is a space for ship to in addition to billing address. The receipts will be sent to you.

We accept Visa and Mastercard, checks and money orders. Orders with personal
checks will be held 5 business days for clearing. There is a $20 fee for
returned checks. If the address you supply is different from billing address
on your credit card, we will also need that address.

Scandinavian Touch ships orders within the U.S. via US Priority Mail,
which will reach you in 3 days. You also have the option of UPS 3-Day,
2-Day, or 1-Day delivery. Orders are normally shipped within 2 - 4 days after we receive your order.
If you need a RUSH order, call us at 215-813-1315. If shipping will be delayed, we will
contact you by email.
Orders are shipped from Southeastern Pennsylvania. For shipping to destinations
outside the U.S., you will be shown an estimate of the actual shipping
charges. We will email you if actual shipping charges exceed the estimate
and request your approval prior to shipment.

There may be additional charges based on size and weight and location
to where package will be shipped. A Canada surcharge may apply.
International customers must pay with Visa or Mastercard. We can only
ship your order to the address of your Visa or Mastercard account. Due
to U.S. and international regulations, your package may be subject to
import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your
country. These charges must be borne by you. You should contact your local
customs office for information on customs policies. We are required by
law to list the value and contents of your order on customs forms for
international packages.

We accept your returns for refund or exchange within 2 weeks of receipt
of order. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Merchandise
must be in “like new” or unworn condition, and in the original
box. Please fill out and include our packing list and a copy of your receipt.
If original receipt is sent, it will be returned to you.
